  1. I agree that all products listed on Refurbished Asia will be described accurately, with all faults, defects, and cosmetic wear disclosed clearly and honestly.
  2. I declare that the GST Number provided is valid and belongs to my legally registered business.
  3. I understand that buyers will contact me directly on WhatsApp and I will conduct all transactions fairly, professionally, and in good faith.
  4. I acknowledge that Refurbished Asia is an advertising and listing platform only, and is NOT responsible for the quality, delivery, warranties, returns, payments, or any disputes arising from buyer-seller transactions.
  5. I agree that Refurbished Asia, its owners, or partners shall have NO legal liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, fraud, or harm that may arise from transactions conducted through the platform.
  6. I agree that the admin reserves the right to suspend, reject, or permanently ban my account if deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal practices are found.
  7. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my business.
